Thank you for taking the time to visit my web site, I really appreciate your interest in my services. My name is Tracy Rogal and I am a graphic & web designer living in sunny Tsawwasen, BC. I am also a Mom, wife, problem solver, creator, cook, board game enthusiast, potter & geek.
I hope you can tell from my portfolio that I love designing. I mean I LOVE designing. I’ve been passionate about it since I was 12 years old when I created my first newsletter by cutting and pasting hand written articles together, photocopying the master copy and distributing them around my neighborhood. A few years later in 1986, I gained access to my first computer and my first illustration program and I was hooked for life.
I think its exciting to see an idea come to life. Creating unique, clean, usable designs for print, web and other media. I love the entire process including meeting with a client, brainstorming, conceptualizing, layout, photography, illustration, and production. I’m ever curious, always asking questions and constantly trying to make things better. I believe boundaries are a starting point and nothing is impossible… with enough coffee.
When I’m not busy meeting with clients, designing or programming you’ll probably find me spending time with my family, creating in my pottery studio, tending to my tomato plants, reading, napping, cooking, challenging someone to a game of Wingspan, Scrabble or Catan and/or drinking coffee (I’m hopelessly addicted!).
I believe if your dream job doesn’t exist – you must create it and this is exactly what I did in 1997 when I quit my job at MDS Metro Labs (now LifeLabs) and started my own home based business as a graphic & web designer.
I get to be home with my family, my commute is less than 3 minutes, I work with some of the most fabulous people you’ll ever meet and I spend my days designing, problem solving and creating beautiful things – seriously what more can I ask for? Except maybe more coffee!
Anyway that’s enough about me….tell me about you and your business. How can I help you succeed?
